additional cost to buyers are:
interior wall finish, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, hvac , finish floor covering, paint and all decoration, optional roll up door for one end of the building to operate a workshop or retail on first floor
3. Basic floor plan is 4 bedrooms (can be other uses) one bath,kitchen, wall location can be moved to desire of buyers, modification can be made at time of purchase, for use as schools, community centers, etc.
4. Small footprint: 69 sq meters two story for 139 sq meters, great for small properties and density.
5. It can be built on compression slab, or on pillars preferably no need to level ground, creating space under home for multiple uses such as animal husbandry, ect.
6. There are localized consultants trained to help buyers to assemble home for a fee, eliminating contractor profits to reduce cost.
7. Hopefully, micro-financing will be available to purchase kit when consultant for assembly included.
